THIS IS THE BEST OPTOMETRIST EVER! Now I know why there are so many great Yelp reviews! This place is a gem. It’s small and hidden but the service here is amazing.
I decided to switch to a different optometrist because my prior optometrist wasn’t the best. Their prices were a little sketchy (even though I had insurance) and the staff always talked about their customers behind their backs in Cantonese.
I found Dennis on Yelp and I was sold as soon as I called them. The receptionist that answered was patient and helped me with my insurance. When I asked her if I was able to do a walk-in later on in the day she said yes and started my file for me that way insurance wouldn’t be a pain later. Amazing.
The store is small, but clean and all the staff greeted me as soon as I walked in. I filled out two sheets of paper and I was seen right away. Dr. Dennis is awesome! He made me laugh so many times with his jokes and he seems to truly care for his patients. He gives advice and options and takes his time with each patient to make sure you’re happy before you leave. The prices are also super reasonable here. I’m definitely sticking to this place because I had a pleasant experience and I’ve already referred my family here.
