This is probably the best optometrist that I have ever been to. They have a very affordable selection of glasses; they have glasses in three prices ranges. Very nice and friendly staff, they educate you through out the while process. Meaning, they'll tell you what each machine does and what its for.

Oh and Dr. Lin!? Mann, really nice guy same thing, explains the whole process. The really cool thing about Dr. Lin is that he pretty much explains the whole process in Layman's terms.

Overall great place, my insurance got me a good discount so I bought two pairs of glasses and I was able to get one of them the same day! The other pair took like 4 days? And they told me it might take two weeks? Pfff sounds like a great place.

Fortunately for me I found this gem through YELP! I try to do a quick YELP research before I commit to a place and taking my daughter to an optometrist was no different. All of the reviews I read about Dr. Lin are true. We had a pleasant experience, their wait time was not ridiculous, the office is tidy with a bright atmosphere. This was my daughter's first visit and we managed to get her a full check up and new frames all within an hour of a visit. I will definitely be coming back and tell all my friends that this is where you need to go and get your vision taken care of.

I've been going to Dr. Lin for over 6 years now after I switched jobs and my insurance changed. I really disliked my last eye doctor office anyway because the doctor and his staff was rude and unwelcoming/unfriendly, so I was happy to be looking for a new one. Well, just my luck, I found Dr. Lin, and I chose him mainly because his office was right by my house.

I've enjoyed coming in for my appointments or any other assistance needed throughout the years ever since the first time I stepped foot in his office. Dr. Lin and his staff are all great, very helpful and knowledgeable, and patient. I always have a hard time picking out frames, but the staff is so friendly and they never rush me or make me feel anxious. When I have questions about anything, they take their time to answer them and help me understand if there is any confusion. I've had issues with a few of my frames before (each time was my fault), and I dropped in to see if they could help me, they were able to fix them for me without issue and I was on my way. I know I can go to other places for exams, frames, contacts, etc. because they probably cost less or whatever other reason people have given me, but the service here is what's keeping me as a very happy customer.

Walked in on Saturday morning for contacts and was greeted by a friendly, courteous staff. The place was very clean, organized and was what I've come to expect from an optometry office. Wait time was not long at all even though I didn't have an appointment. The staff was very helpful in answering my questions and concerns. Dr. Lin was very professional and informative. He explained things in a way that made it very easy to understand and ultimately I ended up ordering contacts from them. I left feeling very happy with my experience and will definitely be coming back.

THIS IS THE BEST OPTOMETRIST EVER! Now I know why there are so many great Yelp reviews! This place is a gem. It's small and hidden but the service here is amazing.

I decided to switch to a different optometrist because my prior optometrist wasn't the best. Their prices were a little sketchy (even though I had insurance) and the staff always talked about their customers behind their backs in Cantonese.

I found Dennis on Yelp and I was sold as soon as I called them. The receptionist that answered was patient and helped me with my insurance. When I asked her if I was able to do a walk-in later on in the day she said yes and started my file for me that way insurance wouldn't be a pain later. Amazing.

The store is small, but clean and all the staff greeted me as soon as I walked in. I filled out two sheets of paper and I was seen right away. Dr. Dennis is awesome! He made me laugh so many times with his jokes and he seems to truly care for his patients. He gives advice and options and takes his time with each patient to make sure you're happy before you leave. The prices are also super reasonable here. I'm definitely sticking to this place because I had a pleasant experience and I've already referred my family here.
